My story


My passion for health and fitness has been a lifelong journey, shaped by her upbringing. As a former athlete in school, I recognized the transformative power of exercise at an early age, instilled by the guidance of my mother. This curiosity and dedication led to pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness Specialist where I could hone in my expertise in the field.

This allowed me to embark on professional journey as a Personal Trainer in 2006, driven by her deep-seated belief in the holistic benefits of movement and nutrition. My career trajectory saw the evolution into a skilled Nutritionist in 2022, further augmenting my knowledge and services to cater to the diverse needs of her clientele.

With a rich and diverse background in working with individuals of varying fitness levels, my portfolio boasts an array of experiences that have shaped her unique approach to wellness.

My mission is to ensure every individual feels educated, empowered, and above all, safe, under her guidance. I am a fervent advocate for the philosophy of loving one's body for what it can do, not what it looks like. And this method is rooted in motivation, encouragement, and a dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle through sustainable habits.
